Let me introduce myself, My name is Kris Cosgrove, I have been working in the healthcare field with the senior population serving those who have been diagnosed with Dementia for the past 10+ years and have strived to change the way old age and dementia is perceived by society. I have worked in private in-home care and consulting as well as, in both skilled nursing homes and assisted living communities. My roles have been Director of Memory Care and Certified Therapeutic Recreation Director. In these roles, I have taught Dementia care education to staff and have educated caregivers and families of those living with Dementia.
