I am Married and have 3 Children, 3 Grandkids and reside in Hallock MN.

I did not have alot of weight to lose. Back in February of 08, I found out I was B-12 deficient, with a low count of 91, (with normal being between 220-1000)! Pneumonia set in and my immune system was in trouble!

This is where my journey begins.....I started on my monthly B-12 shots and the Core4 products, adding the rest of the products as they became available!! I take EVERYTHING EVERYDAY!!

I had my B-12 levels checked back in February of 2012 and they were at 791!! More importantly than the numbers, I have had less trips to the Dr. and Chronic sinusitis was gone! I am able to maintain my weight and I feel the best I have in yrs.! My energy levels are back! I feel great!
